Melissa Gayle Frank

Melissa "Missy" Gayle Frank, 46, of Jefferson City, passed away Friday, May 13, 2022. She was born on May 11, 1976, daughter of Janice (Frank) Troesser. Missy attended grade school in Toas and Frankenstein. She graduated from Fatima High School in 1994. Missy worked at JC Penny's for many years, Scholastics and her latest job was working for Department of Social Services. Missy enjoyed a busy life of wine tasting parties, crafting, classic car cruises and poker runs in Jerry's Nova or Tim's Chevelle, raising money for Relay for Life and even raising over a $1000 herself in one year, camping, fishing, and especially hanging with all her family and friends. She is survived by her mother and step-father: Janice and Jerry Troesser, her brothers: Matt and Megan Troesser and Tim Troesser, all of Frankenstein; her beloved nephew and godson, Caleb; niece, Evelyn and another on the way. She is also survived by her godmother Denise, aunts, uncles, and cousins that are too numerous to count. She was welcomed into heaven by her grandparents, godfather Bob and other aunts and uncles, as well. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2022, at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, on West Main in Jefferson City, at 4:00 p.m. with Father Colin P. Franklin officiating. Visitation will follow from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. A celebration of her life is to be held at a later date. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the family of Melissa "Missy" Frank.
