Sandy Leigh (Saltzman) Upton

Sandy Leigh (Saltzman) Upton, age 49, of Syracuse, passed away on Friday, May 6, 2022, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia after a courageous battle with cancer. Survivors include: her husband, Si, of the home; three children, Cassidy (Reagan) Dornan, Ben (Kassidy) Shumate and Kylie Shumate; two step-children, Amanda (Josh) Faustlin and Paige Upton; two grandchildren, Hays and Dicy Dornan; parents, Steven and Joyce Saltzman; and sister, Shelly (Scott) Elliott. The family will receive friends 10-11 a.m., Wednesday, May 11, at Glensted United Methodist Church. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church.
