Ruby Lucille Cardwell

Ruby Lucille Cardwell, age 96, of Ashland, passed away on March 2, 2022, at the River City Living Center, in Jefferson City. Ruby was born September 2, 1925 in Jefferson City, the daughter of David and Ada Cain. She married Walter Morse Robinson and they had one daughter, Sandy McKee. She later was married to Earl Thomas Cardwell and he preceded her in death. Celebration of Life Services will be held on Monday at Robinson Funeral Home on March 7, 2022, at 4:00 p.m. with visitation from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Survivors include, her daughter, Sandy; four grandsons, Jay (Gina) McKee, Kevin (Deborah) McKee, Danny (Pam) McKee and Rick (Jennifer) McKee, 10 great-grandchildren; eight great- great-grandchildren: three brothers, Don Cain, Dennis Cain and Rick Cain. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bud Cain and Gene Cain; and one sister, Pat Neiderhelm. She loved to travel (she spent time in Alaska ) Loved her dogs, sewing and yard work. In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions are suggested to Central Missouri Humane Society in care of the family.
