Clesta Carpol Gilmore

Clesta Carol Gilmore, 55, of Columbia, passed away on Thursday, May 12, 2022. She was born on April 19, 1967, a daughter of the late Charles and Willa (Nichols) Turner. Clesta was a graduate of Jefferson City High School and attended Metro Business College. She worked in distribution for Walmart and Dollar General. She is survived by her daughters: Crisa Keith (Derick) and Cassandra Kirk (Preston), both of Jefferson City; one brother; and four beautiful granddaughters. Friends will be received from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Friday, May 27, 2022, at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. A memorial service will follow at 4:00 p.m. with the Rev. Michael Ernst officiating. Inurnment will be held at the Peace Lutheran Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the family of Clesta Gilmore.
