John R. Uber

John R. (J.R.) Uber, 88, passed in peace at home Friday evening July 1, 2022. J.R. was born to Everett Richard and Hildred (Quinn) Uber on January 22, 1934. J.R. is survived by his wife of 68 years Serena Uber; son, E.R. Uber (Ginny) of Chandler, Ariz., daughter, Cindy Phipps (Bernie) of Mexico, Mo.; four grandchildren; and three great granddaughters ; and sister, Lois Wilson (Jack) of Jefferson City. Visitation will be Friday, July 8, 2022, from 10 – 11 a.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, with the Funeral Service beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at the Eldon City Cemetery.
