Howard Kenneth Mantle, age 86, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Monday, August 29, 2022, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital. Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Thursday, September 1, 2022. Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m., Friday, September 2, 2022, in the Freeman Chapel. Graveside service and interment will follow at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
