Virginia A. (Davis) Brown, 71, of California, Mo., passed away Thursday, August 18, 2022, at the University Hospital in Columbia. She was born September 23, 1950, in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of the late Ralph E. and Mary V. (Smith) Hall. Survivors include: daughter, Rhena Cannady (Darrell) of California, Mo.; seven grandchildren; brothers, Duane, Charles and Ralph Hall; sisters, Barbara Hummer and Sonya Campbell. Per her wishes, her body has been cremated and Memorials in her name are suggested In Care of the Family. Arrangements are under the direction and care of Phillips Funeral Home of California, Mo.
