Stephen Michael “Yaba” Long, 65, of Versailles, passed away Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City. Survivors include five children, ShaNay (Adrienne) Long of California, Morgan (Brandon) Long of Versailles, Stephanie (Bryan) Williams of Mexico, Nada Thomas of Columbia and LaAdrian McGruder of Oklahoma; his better half, Tammy Hester of Versailles; 15 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; mother, Bert Long of Mexico; and 10 siblings. The family will receive friends 4-6 p.m., Friday, April 29, at Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles. A celebration of life will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. www.kidwellgarber.com
