Ronald Kent Jones

Ronald Kent Jones, 80, of Jefferson City, passed away April 10, 2022, in St. Mary's Health Center. He was born June 26, 1941, to Linville and Vivian Land Jones in Everton, Mo. He married Elizabeth Annette Toner on July 16, 1994. He was a member of Concord Baptist church in Jefferson City. He was an U.S. Army Veteran. He later worked for the MO Department of Agriculture as the Assistant Director of Feed and Seed. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Annette of Jefferson City, Mo.; two sons, Kendel Max (Amy Jewel) Jones of West Fork, Ark, and Kerry Ronald (Ashley Nicole) Jones of Fayetteville, Ark.; a stepdaughter, Susan (Josh) Krautkramer of Wray, Colo.; a stepson, Jim (Nikki) Toner of Grant, Nebraska; two grandchildren; five step-grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a neice, Alise (Dan) Mains; a nephew, Dane Osis; a sister, Vicki Osis and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Graveside Services with Military Honors will be Thursday, April 14, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Ash Grove Cemetery, where he will be buried next to his parents. Services are under the direction of Birch Funeral Home, Ash Grove, Mo.
