Joyce Laubert, age 82, of Vienna, died Sunday, September 26, 2021, at her residence. She was born April 1, 1939, at St. Louis, a daughter of Carl and Grace (Schroeder) Halker. Survivors include: Her sons, Richard "Rick Jr. and Ronald; grandchildren, Derick, Desiree, Amber, and Heather; and great-grandchildren, Addilyn, Adrian, Averie, Maxwell, and Isaac.
