Betty was an active member of Fairgrounds Road Church of Christ. She was a devout Christian and spent many Sunday's teaching children's classes. Many of their congregation will remember "Grandma Betty" for the goody bags that she handed out on Sundays. Betty enjoyed ceramics, sewing, and traveling with her brothers and sisters.
