Cynthia Dunlap

Cynthia Dunlap, of Dixon, died Thursday, May 6, 2021, at Phelps Health in Rolla. She was born January 11, 1957, a daughter of Robert and Virginia (Rathel) Rogowski. Survivors include: daughters, Julie, and Lisa; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; siblings, Pamela and, Michael ; and her father-in-law, David.
