Loretta Tammy Jean Davenport

Loretta Tammy Jean Davenport, 45, of California, Mo., passed away on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City, Mo. She was born on July 19, 1975, in Jefferson City, Mo., the daughter of Randy and Shirley Davenport of California, Mo. and Thomas and Vicky Shirley of California, Mo. Tammy was a graduate of Jefferson City High School in 1993. She worked for Compass Healthcare in Jefferson City, Mo. One of her greatest joys was her work and helping her home health care clients. Tammy so enjoyed her family at Deerbrook and spoke of them often. She loved spending time with her grandkids, going to the beach, traveling, and reading. Survivors include five children, Miranda (Alan) Bunch of Linn, Mo., Kayla (Tyler) Hayes of St. Louis, Mo., Dakota Werdehausen of Jefferson City, Mo., Tristen Werdehausen of Latham, Mo. and Zoe Werdehausen of Latham, Mo.; two granddaughters, Rylie Bunch and Allison Turnbough; two sisters, Brandy Davenport of California, Mo., and Karen Sharp of Paris, Ark.; one brother, Randy Davenport of El Cajon, Calif.; five stepsisters, Billie Jo Keeran of California, Mo. and Brenda Russell of Osceola, Mo., Becky Morrell of Hannibal, Mo., Melissa Bennett of California, Mo., Mary Gerlach of California, Mo.; and two stepbrothers, Chris Davenport of Iowa, and Jr. Clancy of California, Mo. She was preceded in death by Eugene and Norma Mullen. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. 6:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life immediately following at 6:00 p.m., all at Bowlin Cantriel Funeral Home.
