John Richard Dowler, age 92, died on June 23, 2021, with his loving wife Lorraine by his side. He is survived by his wife Lorraine; brother, Ted Dowler (Beth); sons, Michael Dowler (Paula) and Tim Dowler (Mark Smith)s; two grandchildren and three great-granddaughters. Visitation will be Sunday, June 27, 2021, from 4-7 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon. Funeral Service will be Monday, June 28, 2021, at 10 a.m. at the Eldon United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Spring Garden Cemetery with Full Military Honors .
