Frances Hall

Frances Coleta Hall, age 99, of Tipton, passed away September 23, 2021, at Tipton Oak Manor. Frances was an only child but was close to several of her first cousins, all of whom preceded her in death. She leaves behind devoted friend, J.A. Watring, other friends and younger cousins. A remembrance service will be held on Thursday, December 23 at 2 p.m. at the Price James Library in Tipton where Frances checked out many, many books. Friends and family are welcome to come share their memories at that time. Inurnment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery north of Tipton. Arrangements are under the direction and care of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home in Versailles.
