Donna Ellingsworth

Donna Ellingsworth, age 79, of Dixon, died Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the Life Care Center, Waynesville. She was born July 1, 1942, a daughter of Robert and Juanita(Sims) Carter. Survivors include: her children, Ellen and Mark; three grandchildren, Anthony, Jack, and Zachary; seven great-grandchildren, Presley, Julian, Jordan Jeriah, McKenzie, Riley, and Caden; brother, Steve; and sister, Cynthia. Visitation will be 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Friday, August 13, 2021, in the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, 105 East Third Street, Dixon, MO 65459, with her funeral service following at 12 p.m. in the chapel.
