Helen Berniece Bullock, age 87, of Vienna, departed this life on Sunday, November 22, 2020, in Maries Manor, Vienna. She was born on October 13, 1933, near Dixon, in Maries County, a daughter of Raymond Levi and Beda Helen (Ragan) Nelson. Berniece was united in marriage on September 9, 1953, at Dixon, to Noel Clay "Bob" Bullock, and to this union, five children were born. She was a faithful member of the Vienna United Methodist Church and had assisted with various programs and activities at the church. During her working life, Berniece had been employed by Civil Service at the Agricultural Stabilization Conservation Service Office (ASCS) in Vienna, for 30 plus years prior to her retirement, as well as being a devoted housewife and homemaker to her family. Those left to mourn the passing of Mrs. Bullock include: three sons, Kevin Bullock and wife, Brenda, and Dennis Bullock, all of Vienna, and Eric Bullock and wife, Kimberly, of Jefferson City; one daughter, Beth Hollis, and husband, Rex, of Meta; daughter-in-law, Beth Bullock Clinkenbeard, and husband, Gary, of Vienna; 18 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one brother, Eugene "Gene" Nelson, and wife, Phyllis, of Dixon; one sister, Barbara Porter, and husband, Troy, of Dixon; one brother-in-law, Tommy Dean Withers, of Dixon; nephews; nieces; and other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bob, on March 28, 2007; one son, Roger Dean Bullock, on August 10, 1981; her father, Raymond, on July 5, 1973; her mother, Beda, on December 13, 1993; one sister, Thelma Louise (Nelson) Withers, on April 18, 2018; her father-in-law, Robert Clay Bullock, on January 23, 1958; her mother-in-law, Minnie Ellen (Trogden) Bullock, on February 11, 1999; and one sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Berniece Pearl (Bullock) James, on April 27, 2017, and her husband, Dr. Norman Alva James, on November 25, 2008. Visitation for Mrs. Helen Berniece Bullock will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., on Friday, November 27, 2020, in the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, 406 South Main Street, Vienna, Missouri 65582, with her funeral service following at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Lynn Quist, Pastor of the Vienna United Methodist Church, officiating. Interment will be next to her husband and son in the Kenner Cemetery, near Dixon, under the direction of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home in Vienna. Pallbearers for Mrs. Bullock will be Nicholas Bullock, Clayton Bullock, Dayton Bullock, Benton Patton, Troy Porter, and Steve Adams; and all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren serving as honorary pallbearers for Grandma Berniece. Memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Helen Berniece Bullock are suggested by her family to the Kenner Cemetery Perpetual Care Fund or to the Alzheimer's Association with envelopes available at the funeral home the day of the service or in care of Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, P.O.
