Frank "Donnie" James, age 86, of Hardin, Illinois, formerly of Vienna, died Tuesday, June 23, 2020, at his residence. He was born June 10, 1934, near Vienna, a son of Martin and Lucy (McDaniel) James. He is survived by daughters, Malissa Stephens (Edward) and Holly Teahan (Jim); grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
