Rosa Ester Munoz-Sepulveda, 91, of Jefferson City, passed away Monday, June 22, 2020 at her home surrounded by her family. She is survived by three children: Nancy Rubilar-Munoz, Rosa Rubilar-Munoz, Oscar Silva-Munoz; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
