Elaine Wibberg, age 73, of Jefferson City, died Friday, June 12, 2020, in StoneBridge Villa Marie, Jefferson City. She was born August 17, 1946, at Jefferson City, a daughter of Ignatius and Angela (Bock) Mengwasser. She is survived by two sons, Bruce and Scott Wibberg; four siblings, Diane Dudenhoeffer, Judy McFarland, Jim and Larry Mengwasser; and grandchildren.
