Bobbie Gene Wilfawn Jr.

Bobbie Gene Wilfawn Jr., 67, of Jefferson City, passed away Friday, January 24, 2020, at The Bluffs in Columbia. He was born March 3, 1952 in Cape Girardeau, the son of the late Bobbie Gene and Betty (Elders) Wilfawn. Bobbie served his country during Vietnam with the Army National Guard. Following his honorable discharge, he worked for many years as an auto mechanic. Survivors include his children, Twila (Aaron) Hauzer, Jefferson City; Patrick (Lacy) Wilfawn, Blackshear, Ga.; Michael (Crystal) Wilfawn, Blackshear, Ga.; and Melissa (Bobby) Taylor, Athens, Calif.; siblings, Becky Wilfawn, Cape Girardeau; Mary Umfleet, Benton; Linda Smith, Scott City; Margie Wilfawn, Rockview; Debbie (Chuck) Bollinger, Scott City; Maxine Smith, Scott City; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Bobby Wilfawn; and a sister, Jonie Curd. A time to share stories with family and friends will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, February 15, 2020 at Dulle-Trimble Funeral Home in Jefferson City.
