Jordyn Rachelle Daniels

Jordyn Rachelle Daniels, 29, of Columbia, Missouri, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2020, at her home. She was born in Jerseyville, Illinois on August 31, 1991, daughter of Michael Daniels and Angela (Wallace) Stapleton. Jordyn graduated from Festus High School where she played the flute in the band. She worked in the Driver License Bureau for the Missouri Department of Revenue for three years. She also worked as a receptionist at the Jefferson City YMCA for six years. Jordyn was an avid reader. She enjoyed baking, watching movies (The Wizard of Oz being her favorite), cooking, spending time with her cat and hanging out with friends. She is survived by her mother: Angela Stapleton (Reggie) of Jefferson City; father: Michael Daniels (Stacey) of Festus, Missouri; brothers: Michael Daniels of Festus, Missouri, and Maurice Berry of Davenport, Iowa; her sister: Adriene Hubbard of Detroit, Michigan; her grandmother: Kathy Wallace of Alton, Illinois; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Jordyn was preceded in death by her grandfather: Edward "Tedd" Wallace and grandparents: Carl and Regina Fae Daniels. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 16, 2020, at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors with funeral services following at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be held at Hawthorn Memorial Gardens in Jefferson City, Missouri.
