Billy Gene Binkley Jr., age 61 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Thursday, April 23, 2020 at his home. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private memorial service will be conducted in the Freeman Chapel with Alan McNeely officiating.
