John Edward Thoenen

John Edward Thoenen, age 68, of Linn, passed away on Sunday, March 29, 2020, at his residence. John was born on January 31, 1952, in Jefferson City, a son to the late Edward "Ed" and Betty "Bets" (Schaefer) Thoenen. Survivors include his wife, Sarah; two sons, David (Emily) Thoenen of Krakow and James (Abby) Denny of Cushing; daughter, Carissa (Colin) Duewell; six grandchildren; four brothers, Jim, Joe, Jeff and Ed Thoenen; four sisters, Peggy Hemeyer, Ruth Block, Rose Thoenen and Jean Hall. Private Family Service will be held. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Interment will be held at St. George Parish Cemetery in Linn. www.mortonchapel.com
