George Leroy Thompson, age 77, of Dixon, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019, at Lake Regional Hospital, Osage Beach. Survivors include: wife, Connie Thompson; children, Brian (wife Amy) Thompson and Stephanie (husband Rick) Plemmons; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and sister, Joyce Wans. Visitation will be 9:30-11 a.m., followed by the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, all in the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home, 105 East 3rd St., Dixon.
