Patricia "Patti" Lynn Loethen, 70, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Villa Marie Nursing Home. She was born on March 26, 1949 in Jefferson City, Missouri, a daughter of the late Harold "Goose-Egg" and Nettie (Morgan) Reed. She was united to the love of her life, Delmer Loethen, on July 15, 1989 in St. Thomas, Missouri, whom preceded her in death. Patti graduated from Jefferson City High School in 1967. She then later on went to work and retire from being the System Administrator for Missouri National Guard, where she met many lifelong friends. Patti was a valued employee with numerous awards and was very proud of that. She was a loving wife and mother, who enjoyed spending time enjoying the outdoor country life. You could catch Patricia gravel roading, listening to Conway Twitty, singing karaoke or relaxing by the pool making memories with her grandchildren. She is survived by her step-father: Harold "Boonie" Boone (Carol) of Mokane; children: Eric Todd Mason, Travis Reed Mason and Matthew Harold Mason, all of Jefferson City; step-children: Steve Loethen and Tammy Loethen; brothers: Terry Reed (Terri) of Columbus, Ohio and Mike Reed (Laura) of Kansas; grandchildren: Erica (Brad) Boeckmann, Brandon Naylor, Garrett Mason, Jordyn Mason, Brody Mason, Dylan Mason, Parker Mason, Kendra Mason, Blake Mason, Hanna Fuerst, Annabel Mason, Katie Loethen and Hallie Loethen; great-grandchildren: Jacob Naylor, Joshua Naylor, Piper Naylor and Chloe Naylor. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; first husband: George "Buddy" Mason; and the love of her life, Delmer Loethen. Friends will be received from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 21, 2019 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors, with Rev. Joe Skiles officiating. Interment will follow in St. Thomas Cemetery in St. Thomas, Missouri. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
