Rose I. Horn, 67, of Jamestown, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, February 20, 2019, at her home. She was born on October 19, 1951, in Jefferson City, Missouri, to Dennis and Helena (Hawk) Weed, both of whom preceded her in death. In 1969, Rose graduated from Fatima High School in Westphalia. She was married to Kenneth Horn August 1, 1970, at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Jefferson City. She enjoyed oil painting outdoor scenes, reading romance novels, and spending time fishing. She loved music, dancing, singing or playing it. For the last six years, she loved her Morki named Snuggles. Rose is survived by three daughters, Jennifer Pennington of Prairie Home, Lori Loesing (John) of Boonville and Amy Langlotz of Jefferson City; eight grandsons; two granddaughters; four great-grandsons and two great-granddaughters; four brothers; one sister; a brother-in-law and several sisters-in-law and many nieces and nephews. Along with her parents, Rosie was preceded in death by an infant son, Dennis Horn; and brothers, Charles and Everett Weed. A private family viewing will be held.
