Richard A. Hebert Jr.

Mr. Richard A. Hebert Jr., 79, of Vista, California, passed away on February 19, 2019. He was born August 26, 1939, at the Callaway Memorial Hospital in Fulton, Mo. to Richard and Edna Hebert of Fulton. He attended Fulton High School where he graduated with the class of 1957. Rich enjoyed sports especially golf. He was a four year letterman in four different sports at Fulton High School. Before moving to California, Rich worked with his father Richard A. Hebert Sr. in his accounting business. Rich was preceded in death by his oldest son John and his sister Gale Schram. He is survived by his wife, Kim; sons, Tom and Gordon; daughter, Sydne; his sister, Dickie Priest of Apopka, Florida; and his brother, Hal Hebert of Jefferson City, Mo. Funeral arrangements are being made in Vista, California.
