Terry Reed Fulks, 49, of Latham, Mo., passed away on Monday, August 26, 2019 at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo. Terry was born on May 29, 1970 at St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City, Mo., the son of Jerry Lee Fulks, who survives, and Laurel Ann Smith, who preceded him in death. He was a 1988 graduate of Tipton High School in Tipton, Mo. where he enjoyed playing and watching his favorite sport of football. Terry was united in marriage on April 26, 2014 at the Pilot Grove Baptist Church near Latham, Mo. to Hannah Jean Schatzer, who survives at home. He was a member of the Pilot Grove Baptist Church near Latham, Mo. Terry worked many years for the Bolinger Farms in California, Mo. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, riding his Harley, spoiling his children, nieces, nephews and spending time with his family. Terry was a founding member of the Latham Rec. Assoc. He also enjoyed doing benefits and helping people when the need arrived. Survivors include four children: Emmett, Myra, Ollie and Kate; four brothers: Kevin Fulks (Melinda) of Boliver, Mo., Chad Fulks (Karen) of Syracuse, Mo., Justin Fulks (Mandy) of Latham, Mo. and Lance Fulks (Morgan) of Latham, Mo.; one brother-in-law: Robert Schatzer (Rachel) of Grain Valley, Mo.; mother-in- law: Shelbie Schatzer of Latham, Mo.; 11 nieces and nephews: Grant and Cheyenne Fulks, Lee Fulks, Adrianna and Colten Pendleton, Gatlin Fulks, Kolten and Bella Fulks, Taelin, Kaesin and Kynlee Schatzer. Terry was preceded in death by one brother: Lee Fulks; one sister: Michelle Fulks; paternal grandparents: Pete and Opal Fulks; maternal grandparents: George and Ollie Smith; and one aunt: Katherine Stokes. Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2019 from 4:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m. at the Family Life Center at the First Baptist Church in California, Mo. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in the Sanctuary of the First Baptist Church in California, Mo. Burial will be at the Highland Cemetery in Latham, Mo. Memorials are suggested to the Fulks Children Education Fund, c/o the funeral home. Arrangements are under the direction of Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California, Mo.
