Maxine Reed

Maxine Reed, 96, of California, Mo., died Sunday, September 23, 2018, at the Moniteau Care Center in California, Mo. She was born on December 11, 1921, the daughter of the late Gottlieb "Leap" Dietzel and Frieda (Berger) Dietzel. Survivors include: son, David Reed (Patsy) of Tipton; daughter, Sue Ann Latham (Richard) of California; son-in-law, William D. Wood of Kansas City, Mo.; five grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, September 28, 2018, from 1-2 p.m. and funeral service following at 2 p.m., all at Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services. Burial will be at the California Evangelical Cemetery.
