Frances Minor

Mrs. Frances Kay "Stulce" Minor, 55, Henley, passed away Saturday September 22, 2018, at Capital Region Medical Center. She was born April 20, 1963, in St. Louis, Mo.; a daughter of Lee "Gene" and Helen "Conger" Stulce. She is survived by her husband, Clay; mother: Helen Stulce; four children: Jessica Stokes (Kenny), Tyler Soma, Louis Clayton Minor II, Cassidy Minor; two grandchildren; one sister: Lvie Vineyard; two brothers: Lee Stulce Jr. and James D.
