Sandra Jane Moeller

Sandra "Sandi" Jane Moeller, 57, of Jefferson City, passed away on Tuesday, September 4, 2018, at her home. She was born on September 16, 1960, in Jefferson City; a daughter of Dale Eugene and Mina Augusta Hollandsworth Smith. Sandi was a 1978 graduate of Jefferson City High School. She worked for the State of Missouri Department of Social Services from 1986 - 2018. Sandi was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was the Past Madame President of Eagles Auxillary 2693 and a member of the Jefferson City Jaycees. Her true passion was anything that had to do with SIDS research. She was a Past President of Central Missouri SIDS Resources, past committee member of the Missouri State SIDS Board and loved collecting Dr. Pepper memorabilia. Sandi was also an avid supporter of the Marine Corps League and supported various Toys for Tots Drives. She is survived by one sister, Carol Ann Smith of Jefferson City; one brother, Ray Eugene (Lisa) Smith of Jefferson City; one nephew, Grayson Dean Smith and one niece, Mara Elizabeth Smith. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Friday, September 7, 2018, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Funeral services follow at 11:30 a.m. at Houser Millard Funeral Directors with Dr. Monte Shinkle officiating. Interment will follow in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
