David Richard Webb

David Richard Webb, 70, of New Bloomfield, entered into heaven on Sunday, May 27, 2018. He was born on December 12, 1947, in Paw Paw, Michigan to the late Charles Frank and Gladys Esther (Shepard) Webb. At an early age, his family moved to Homestead, Florida and he was a 1968 graduate of Homestead High School. After graduation, David enlisted in the United States Navy and was stationed in Pensacola, Florida earning a rank of E4 before being honorable discharged in July 1972. David spent most of his life working as an electrician and meat cutter in Florida and Jefferson City. Those left to mourn his passing are his wife Dorothy (Long) of 30 years; his son, Daniel (Becky) of New Bloomfield from his first marriage to Gail (Clark); one sister, Bonnie Young (Rich Ireland) of Florida; two grandsons, Aaron (A.J.) and Ryan; and two brothers, Robert (Linda) and Kenny (Mary Ann) Peterson of Florida. He was preceded in death by his parents, and one grandson, Eric. A celebration of Life will be held on Friday, June 1, 2018, in the Vienna United Methodist Church in Vienna, Mo. from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be shared online at www.hedgesscottfuneralhomes.com Arrangements have been placed under the care of Hedges-Scott Funeral Home, Camdenton, Missouri.
