Michael William Clad, age 53, of California, Mo., passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018, at Capital Region Medical Center, Jefferson City, Mo. He was born February 6, 1964, in Jefferson City, Mo., the son of Frank Clad, who has preceded him in death and Elsie (Deppe) Clad of Centertown, who still survives. He was a graduate of Russellville High School. Mike was united in marriage to Beth (Dearixon) Clad in St. Martins, Mo. on October 7, 1989, who survives of the home. He worked as a grounds keeper and carpenter. Mike was a member of St. Martin's Catholic Church and Missouri Farm Bureau. He enjoyed farming, hunting, gardening, having his family over to play cards BBQ and fishing with his son. He will be sadly missed. Along with his wife, Beth, Mike is survived by one son, Justin (Macie) Clad of California, Mo.; one brother; Jim (Vicki) Clad of Centertown, Mo.; one sister, Sharon (Mike) Fennewald of Jefferson City, Mo.; father and mother-in-law, Don and Joyce Dearixon, of California, Mo.; three sisters-in-law, Tina (Gary) Weber, of Russellville, Lisa Dearixon of Jefferson City, Mo., and Amee' (Bobby) Reed, of Jefferson City, Mo.; one brother-in-law, David Dearixon, California, Mo. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Clad and grandparents, Florence Ruediger and Bill and Olivia Clad. Visitation will be Friday February 2, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Weber Funeral Home, Russellville, Mo., with the funeral service to follow at 6:00 p.m. with pastor Joe Skiles officiating.
