Ronnie Joewett Lee, better known as "Red Wine", 52, of Fulton, gained his wings in heaven on Saturday, August 11, 2018, at SSM Saint Mary's in Jefferson City. He was born on November 17, 1965, in Columbia, Missouri, the son of Ronnie Joe Lee and Judy Ann (Fisher) Hester. Joewett Lee attended Fulton Public Schools where he graduated in 1984. Upon completion he worked for Stride Rite Shoe Factory for many years. He also worked for the Missouri School for the Deaf, Ovid Bell Press, Fulton State Hospital and Fulton Ford. On January 9, 2009, he married his high school sweetheart Amanda (Clark) Lee. He was currently employed with AZZ in Fulton, MO. Jowett had a passion for cars! He loved riding around in his Stinkin Lincoln, laid back cool as ever with that beautiful smile listening to his favorite tunes. Jowett was indeed a beautiful person inside out. He loved and enjoyed his entire family, always pitching in to do whatever he could to help in any kind of way. He always organized BBQ's and family gathering inviting the whole town. He loved dancing and singing. You could always catch him sitting on the front porch in a rocking chair enjoying the outside life. He is survived by his wife, Amanda (Clark) Lee; son, Ronnie Joewett Lee Jr. of Fulton; parents, Ronnie Joe Lee of Jefferson City, and Judy Ann Hester and her husband Lloyd of Jefferson City; daughters, Ronnisa Lee of Fulton, and Jocelyn Lee of Albany, Ore.; step-sons, Corelle and Cordall Clark; brothers, William Rydell Fisher of Mexico, and Travis Lemonte Lee (Estelle McKee) of Fayette; sister, Vickie Elaine Lee of Fulton; grandchildren, JaVonta Lee, Janae Lee, Jaron Lee; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 17, 2018, at Southside Baptist Church in Fulton with Reverend Melvin McCaleb and Reverend Cedric Harris officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Interment will be in Southside Cemetery. Condolences may be left for the family at www.maupinfuneralhome.com.
