John Raymond Loaiza Jr.

John Raymond Loaiza Jr., 40, of Jefferson City, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2017. He was born on September 27, 1977 in Jefferson City, the son of John Raymond Sr. and Lillian "Marcy" Marcella (Glunt) Loaiza. John attended New Bloomfield High School where he graduated in 1996. John then went on to attend Joliet Community College in Joliet, Ill. and later attended Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg. After finishing college John became an electrician. John was a big family man. He loved spending time and fixing things for his family and friends especially his girls. He loved his animals, going fishing, hunting for arrow heads and playing his guitars. He is survived by his father: John Raymond Loaiza Sr.; his mother: Lillian "Marcy" Marcella (Glunt) Loaiza; two daughters: Jorja and Marcie Loaiza of Jefferson City; one brother: Lucas (Dana) Loaiza of Chicago, Ill.; two sisters: Lori Clark (Rick) of Holts Summit, and Julia (Levi) Paul of Holts Summit; six nieces and nephews: Justice, John, Bryson, Anthony, Athena, and Rylei. John was the oldest grandson to Louis and Julia Loaiza, and Roy and Toni Glunt, who all preceded him in death. Friends will be received from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday, October 7, 2017, at Slater-Millard Family Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be private. Expressions of sympathy may be made to charity of the donor's choice.
