Robert "Cody" Taylor

Robert "Cody" Taylor, 41, of Jefferson City, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017, at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital. He was born April 17, 1976, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Cody attended Russellville High School in Russellville, Missouri. Cody worked as a Cook at Tooters in Eldon. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, and music. Most of all, Cody loved spending time with his family and friends. Cody is survived by three children: Stephanie Taylor of Russellville, Mo.; Bryce Taylor of Mary's Home, Mo.; Kaitlyn Taylor of Mary's Home, Mo.; a sister: Sierra Thomas of Jefferson City, MO; and a brother: Mike Miller of Russellville, Mo. Cody was preceded in death by his parents: Gary W. and Mary H. Vaterlaus; and a sister: Angela Darr. Friends will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 25, 2017, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home. Interment will be private for the family at a later date.
