Mr. William "Bill" Council, age 85, of Holts Summit, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2017 at his home surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Council, on May 20, 2017. Bill has been cremated per his wishes. No public service are scheduled at this time.
