Donald Clemens Morgan

Donald Clemens Morgan, 86, of Osage City, Missouri, passed away Monday, October 30, 2017, at Jefferson City Manor. He was born on November 16, 1930 in Mary's Home, a son of the late Robert and Elizabeth (Rehagen) Morgan. Don attended school in Mary's Home and was a member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Taos. He worked at tire shops around the Jefferson City area for more than 50 years before his retirement. Don enjoyed hunting, fishing and dancing. He is survived by his children: Sandra Sanning (Vincent) of Jefferson City, Donna Lea Branch of Jefferson City, Mary Love (Andy) of Jefferson City, Donnie Morgan (Kathy) of Tebbetts, Patty Harrison (David) of Meta, Debbie Morgan of Arkansas, Mike Morgan (Tracy) Osage City, Rhonda Campbell (Billy) of Jefferson City, Tonya Doyle of Springfield; brothers: Robert Morgan (Kathryne) of Warrensburg, Marshall Morgan (Ruby) of Barnett; sisters: Alice Bounds of St. Martins, Bonnie Slates of Palmyra; 24 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, Don was preceded in death by two sons: Dennis Morgan and Stanley Morgan; one brother: Stanley Morgan; and two sisters: Delores Burns and Shirley Sailly. Family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2, 2017 at Houser-Millard Funeral Directors with Fr. Greg Meystrik officiating. Interment will be follow at Our Lady of Snows Catholic Cemetery in Mary's Home. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
