Marilyn Ann Linnenbrink

Marilyn Ann Linnenbrink 78, of Jefferson City, formerly of Westphalia, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017, at Capitol Region Medical Center. She was born September 28, 1938, in Westphalia, Missouri, the daughter of the late Clem and Bernadine (Scheppers) Eichholz. On May 16, 1953, she was united in marriage to Irvin Linnenbrink, who has preceded her in death. Marilyn was employed with Chesebrough Ponds in Jefferson City as an operator for most of her life. She most recently was employed with Pyramid Healthcare in Jefferson City. Marilyn was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia, and prayed the rosary daily. She enjoyed going to the boat, sewing, quilting, and spending time with her grandkids and family. She is survived by four daughters: Barbara Welch of Jefferson City, Patty Roush of Jefferson City, Joyce Starke (Donnie) of Loose Creek and Darla Stumpe (Bruce) of Wardsville; 10 grandchildren: Jeremy, Josh, and John Welch, Brian and Curtis Starke, Deanna Mantle, Paul and Jennifer Kremer and Caitlin and Austin Stumpe; eight great-grandchildren: J.K. and Tritan Welch, Lexus Welch, Lilli Rivera, Garrett and Graidy Mantle, Tanner Kremer and Gunner Starke; six brothers: Eddie (Vernie) Eichholz of Westphalia, Charlie Eichholz of Westphalia, Jerry (Shirley) Eichholz of Bonnots Mill, Ronnie (Pat) Eichholz of North Carolina, Bobby (Mary) Eichholz of Taos and Norman (Alice) Eichholz of Loose Creek; and two sisters: Betty Lepper of Jefferson City and Joann (Ronnie) Mertz of Westphalia. Besides her parents and her husband of 61 years, she was preceded in death by a daughter: Debbie J. Kremer; grandson: Tyler Roush; sons-in-law: Keith Welch and Roger Roush; brother: Stanley Eichholz; sister: Judy Eichholz; sister-in-law: Leona Eichholz; along with several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, May 14, 2017, at Millard Family Funeral Chapel - Westphalia with a prayer service to be held at 3:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, May 15, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia with Father Mark Smith officiating. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Parish Cemetery. Expression of sympathy may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Westphalia.
