Juanita Carol Scott, 76, of Ozark, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Ozark Nursing and Care in Ozark. Survivors include: sons, Earl Goad (Kimberly) of Blue Springs, Michael Goad (Carrie) of Warsaw, and Terry Scott (Lucy) of Branson; daughters, Jeanette Fay "Jeannie" Allen of Antlers, Okla., Michelle Greer of Sedalia, and Kim Greer of Sedalia; brother, Joe Lizotte of the state of Arizona; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Saturday, May 6, 2017 from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. at Phillips Funeral Home. Graveside Service will follow at 12:15 p.m. at the Eldon City Cemetery.
