Mr. Thomas E. Norris, age 68 years, of Jefferson City, Mo., passed away Thursday, June 22, 2017 at Oak Tree Villa surrounded by family. Visitation will be held at Freeman Mortuary from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 14, 2017 with a funeral service following in the Freeman Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Friday. Graveside services and interment will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Capitol Projects or Cole County Residential Services.
