Charles A. Newman, 86, of Jefferson City, Missouri, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at Heisinger Bluffs. Due to the expected inclement weather on Saturday the memorial service times for Mr. Newman have changed to Sunday afternoon. His visitation will now be held from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2017, at Freeman Mortuary with his memorial service immediately following at 4:00 p.m. Sunday in the Freeman Chapel with the Reverend Daniel Hilty officiating.
