Peggy Ann Spratt, 80, of Jefferson City, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016, at Adams Street Place in Jefferson City. She was born on January 18, 1936, in Bloomington, Indiana, the daughter of Ralph Leonard and Myrtle Opal (Reagan) Goff. She was united in marriage on December 29, 1956, in Bloomington, Indiana to Eugene "Gene" Spratt, who survives of the home. She was a 1954 graduate of Bloomington High School. She worked for Central Missouri Inventory Services for 21 years and then became the co-owner of Spratt Enterprises from 1982-until her retirement. Peggy enjoyed crocheting beautiful afghans, liked to read mystery novels, but most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren. She loved her family dearly and the memories they made will forever be cherished. She is survived by two sons: Jim (Jaala) Spratt of Jefferson City and David (Nikkie) Spratt of Jefferson City and seven grandchildren: Lexie, Kailey, Annie, Jayme, Maggie, Lauren and Allison. She was preceded in death by one brother: Jack Blair Goff. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at Houser-Millard Funeral Chapel. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 5, 2017, at Houser-Millard Funeral Chapel with Rev. Daniel Hilty officiating. Interment will follow in Hawthorn Memorial Gardens.
