Betty Sue Salmons

Betty Sue Salmons, 57, of California, Mo., passed away at her home on Sunday, January 1, 2017. She was born on January 24, 1959, in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas, the daughter of John Lowe and Betsy Fuller, both of whom preceded her in death. She was married in 1980 to Larry Salmons who survives of the home. She was a graduate of New Bloomfield High School. She worked for the Missouri Department of Social Services in Jefferson City, Mo., she also worked at Central Bank, and Pamida in California, Mo. She enjoyed fishing, playing slots at the boat, and shopping. Survivors include one son, Scott Salmons and his wife Sabrina of California, Mo.; one daughter, Jodi Murdock and her husband Clifford of California, Mo.; two brothers, Johnny Ray Lowe, Tommy Lowe of California, Mo.; two sisters, Brenda Reed of Clarksburg, Mo., Louise Lowe of California, Mo. and six grandchildren. Visitation will be on Sunday, January 8, 2017, from 6 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 9, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Bro. Josh Hartley. Burial will be at McGirk Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to donor's choice. Arrangements are under the direction of the Bowlin-Cantriel Funeral Services, California Mo.
