Ethel G. Kelsay

Ethel G. Kelsay, age 96, passed away Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at California Care Center, California. Ethel is survived by: her daughter, Jill Rich (Fred); a daughter-in-law, Paula Kelsay; four grandchildren, Kim Bolin, Susan McPeak, Megan Callier and Joseph Rich; four great-grandchildren; and a brother, Roscoe Gunn. The family will receive friends at Windmill Ridge Funeral Service on Saturday, December 9, from 1-2 p.m., with funeral services following. Inurnment will be in Hopewell Cemetery.
