Marie Blanche Parkes

Marie Blanche Parkes, 82, of California, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017 in California Care Center, California. Marie is survived by her daughter, Sheila Neis of Wentzville; her son, Jerry Don Parkes of Oneonta, New York; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
