Lillian "Lil" Jane Harman

Lillian "Lil" Jane Harman, 89, of Jefferson City, passed away Wednesday, April 5, 2017, at Adams Street Place. She was born on March 26, 1928, in Wardsville, a daughter of the late Julian and Josephine (Schneiders) Richter. On November 23, 1957, she was united in marriage to William "Bill" Harman at St. Peter's Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on November 29, 2010. She was a graduate of St. Peters High School. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Lil enjoyed boating, traveling in their RV, and going to the annual Fly in at Oshkosh, Wisconsin. She is survived by one son: Kevin Harman (Roz) of Jefferson City; one daughter: Valerie Lesko (Keith) of Jefferson City; and four grandchildren: Karsten and Ethan Lesko and Sydney and Natalie Harman. Along with her husband, Lil was preceded in death by her twin sister: Luella Richter. Friends will be received from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 13, 2017, at the Houser-Millard Funeral Home where a funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
