Gussie Hachtel Emmons, 69, of Dixon, died Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in the Phelps County Regional Medical Center, Rolla. She was born November 18, 1947, the daughter of Sherman and Belle (Rogers) Hachtel. Survivors include: her son, Tony Emmons and wife Glenda; three grandsons, John, Dakota and Cole Emmons; special friend, Danny Sims; stepson, Corwin Jones; brother, Sherman Hachtel and sister, Francis Truax.
