Farris Dake

Farris Dake, 90, of Dixon, died Thursday, September 28, 2016, in the Lake Regional Hospital. Survivors include three sons, Roger (Lorie) Dake, Royce (Cindy) Dake, Gail Dake; one daughter, Phyllis Smith; three sisters, Reba Whitaker, Norma Workman, Eula (Bill) Wolf; 10 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. with Masonic services at 7 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2016, and visitation from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2016. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, October 4, 2016, all in the Dixon Chapel of the Birmingham-Martin Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Freedom Cemetery near Dixon.
